Senior Procurement Program Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for

Initiates, organizes and implements procurement programs: perform and transform

· Manages HPM savings funnel

· Supports the Product Sourcing Engineers on the deployment of early supplier involvement and selection and target costing and tracking for assigned product

· Project manages activities at supplier, including management of related fields in the Sourcing Plan, in alignment with overall project plan

You're the right fit if:

You have a Bachelor (Master preferred) in technical subjects (engineering preferred)

· Domain knowledge and understanding of all relevant disciplines with at least 8 years of experience

· Full understanding of PM standards, able to consistently apply and coaching project managers in project and program management process‐ oriented skills

· Emotional Intelligence Manages own and other’s emotions and able to manage pressure and setbacks

· English is a must, German strongly preferred
