Job Area:

As a Business Process Analyst dedicated to our SRE team, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements.

  • Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process enhancements.

  • Work closely with SRE engineers to ensure seamless integration of process improvements into our systems.

  • Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

  • Participate in project planning and execution related to SRE initiatives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead End User Training and provide users process and systems training.

· Business Engagement and Requirements Gathering

· Solutioning Workshops

· Developing Functional Specifications

· Process Definition/Documentation

· Creating Training Documentation

· Conduct Demo’s and User Training

· Process Mining and Enhancement Sessions

· Testing Solutions

· Facilitating User Acceptance Testing

· Post-Production Solution Stabilization

· Ad-hoc Production Support

A background with hands on experience in business solution life cycle and deploying cross functional system-based solutions is highly desirable. The experience should consist of writing requirements documents and functional specifications that capture business requirements thoroughly yet, succinctly

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

• 5+ years of related business process analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

• 7+ years of Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related work experience.

• 6+ years of experience with analyzing complex data sets.

• 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

• 1+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports).

Pay range:

$101,500.00 - $152,500.00
