Serves as a subject matter expert and manages site/campus security operations programs, access badging/keys, physical operations and contract security management to safeguard employees and assets. Ensures compliance with security regulations and interfaces with outside law enforcement agencies. Tracks new and emerging threats and vulnerabilities, verifies applicability in organizational context and initiates remediation activities as necessary. Aligns with crossfunctional teams and partners to develop and implement a physical security program that aligns with the organizations risk and culture. Implements a baseline approach for the physical security program that can be used to assess current portfolio, and influences/consults on site selection and design of new/updated facilities. Leads crisis/incident management, communications, and responses to the relevant stakeholders as and when required. Manages the strategy for access control and the contracted guard force, including technology, coverage requirements, training, and post orders.
