At least 3 years of experience in product management within digital advertising technologies.
Demonstrated ability to define measurable success metrics and lead teams to deliver results.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey results and opportunity areas to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Excels in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in SQL and experience in analyzing complex, large-scale data sets to form hypotheses, justify product opportunities, and measure success.
Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams for product development.
Expertise in ad optimization algorithms and digital marketplaces, specifically in building auto-bidding and budget optimization systems.
Proven track record of launching and enhancing advertising products.
Background in Statistics, Experimentation, Machine Learning, and AI.
