Talent management U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE 2 year associates degree or comparable experience in a related field
2+ years’ experience production / manufacturing
6+ months experience working with Lean / Six Sigma tools WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people leader experience preferred.
Accountable for managing and maintaining the allocated budget.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good work ethic.
Six Sigma Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
Understands the use of various office software products and a working knowledge of the shop floor control system for build processes.
Must exhibit team leadership skills and understand team dynamics
