As an Account Manager ofSleep & Respiratory Care
Your role:
Developing, maintaining and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
Creating the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
Creating together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts.
Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improving contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.
Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.
As a part of Sleep and Respiratory Care -Iberia team you will be reporting to S&RC Sales Leader Iberia
You will have an opportunity to develop your sales and operational management skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.
You are the right fit if:
Experience in account management, sales activity, or project management
Preferably minimum 5 years in similar position.
Negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account.
Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally.
Understand local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders and local challenges and regulations.
Background in healthcare industry will be an asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and in English languages
Clinical knowledge is desirable
Clean driving license
Willing and able to travel.
