As a key member of our program support team, you will collaborate closely with engineering and construction professionals to identify, understand, and communicate schedule-related issues and potential conflicts—ensuring project timelines remain on track.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Developing a fully integrated EPCM schedule from the ground up using Critical Path Methodology (CPM), based solely on project documentation such as the Scope of Work, P&IDs, General Arrangement drawings, and results from the Integrated Assessment Process (IAP).
• Applying EPCM project principles to establish logical schedule sequencing and accurate activity durations across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction disciplines.
• Maintaining the integrity of schedule data during updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting the look-ahead planning process, including forecasting upcoming activities and resource allocation.
• Participating in client-facing schedule reviews, providing support to Jacobs’ Project Management and Construction Management teams.
• Ensuring alignment between the project schedule and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, applying EVM principles throughout the project lifecycle.
