Quality Assurance Lead, Financial Services Office (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1592624), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Houston, TX.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.Must have 4 years of experience in the software quality assurance and testing, including at least 3 years managing testing teams.Must have 1 year of experience in identifying, building, and managing, executive level relationships.Must have 2 years of experience participating in the design and development of the test automation frameworks.Must have 3 years of testing experience within the Financial services industry in one or combination of any of the following: Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, Finance Risk and Compliance, and/or Insurance.Must have 3 years of technical competency experience with one or a combination of any of the following:
• Test Strategy & Operating Model Development,
• Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management,
• Test Automation Framework Architecture,
• Agile Test Management,
• User Acceptance Test Coordination,
• IT Organizational Change Management,
• Performance Testing Program Management,
• Customer Relationship Management,
• Enterprise Resource Planning,
• Enterprise Data Management,
• IT Life cycle Management
• IT Delivery Management, and/or
• Executive Reporting.Must have 2 years of test program or project management experience, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance.Must have 4 years of experience with test management tools including with one or a combination of the following: JIRA and/or HP ALM.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience
