What You'll Do- Campaign Management: Monitor campaign performance proactively, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordination & Communication: Lead internal kick-off calls to align on campaign specifications and manage regular reporting tailored to client needs.
- Strategic Consultation: Understand clients’ marketing challenges, suggest tactical adjustments, and recommend data-driven solutions to achieve goals.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends, deliver actionable insights, and uncover opportunities to enhance campaign performance and foster increased investment.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to create impactful customer deliverables and align on product improvements.
- Product Advocacy: Expand product adoption by clearly communicating the value of Uber’s ad offerings with creative and innovative narratives.
- Initiative Leadership: Spearhead key playbook initiatives to scale adoption and support restaurant and business partners effectively.
What You'll Need- Minimum of 4 years in account management, operations, or sales roles.
- Proven experience managing and analyzing digital ad campaigns for enterprise-level brands.
- Background working with large, complex enterprise organizations.
- Strong analytical ability, including reviewing results and making data-driven recommendations.
- SQL skills (a plus).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in communication, especially in customer-facing roles.
- Creative problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
- A self-starter mentality, resourcefulness, and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
