Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in driving new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing initiatives for hardware products.
- Experience with materials management (e.g., bill of materials, materials requirement planning, inventory management).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management or Product Data Management operations support with Supply Chain operations.
- Experience with working on NPI or Change Management, with Manufacturing (e.g., Procurement/Planning), Manufacturing Engineering, Contract Manufacturing, Design Engineering.
- Experience with all phases of product development from prototype to mass production to end-of-life.
