JPMorgan Loan Trading Services Specialist

As a Trading Services Specialist IV in Wholesale Lending Services, you will support the largest and most sophisticated corporate loan transactions in the market. You primarily provide operational support for syndicated credit structures traded by JPMorgan. This is a client facing role with direct contact with agents, lenders, and business partners while performing loan settlement and pricing facets.

Job responsibilities

• Prepare and execute trade settlement timely for various loan businesses within currency deadlines
• Review of all settlement documentation in accordance with the Loan Syndications and Trading Association and Leadership Management Accountability (LSTA) and (LMA) standard terms and conditions
• Maintain and investigate trade related exceptions, such as open payable and receivable balances.
• Communicate frequently with front office, documentation, and accounting and control teams as well as external counterparties
• Monitor general ledger activity in regards to payments associated with trade settlement.
• Oversee Flood Hazard Area Delineation (FHAD) and one-time trade fees
• Supervise AD HOC Projects

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent experience)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with loan-based software (LoanIQ, ClearPar)
• Loan trade settlement experience
• Experience with LSTA/LMA standard documentation, knowledge of the LSTA/LMA Standard Terms and Conditions
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and/or experience supporting a trading business
• Familiarity with syndicated loans
• Prior knowledge of loan products or trading operations
