You will work with business and engineering teams in our organization and partner organizations to understand product vision, requirements, and how all elements of the software ecosystem work together, then develop and continuously improve QA approaches that fit the overall strategy. You will be responsible for development of test strategies, creation of appropriate test harnesses, development and execution of test plans while monitoring and reporting on test execution. You will succeed in these endeavors by combining your experience with your ability to listen to, learn from, and communicate with a diverse group of collaborators.About you:

Key job responsibilities
- Work with internal and partner teams to understand product vision, requirements, and how all elements of the software ecosystem work together
- Develop an overarching test strategy and continuously improve QA approaches aligned to the strategy
- Develop test plans and create test harnesses
- Execute test plans, drive resolution of issues, and report status and issues to stakeholders

- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects

- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
