Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate nation-wide key account management strategy and accelerate its landing and strategic transformation under company’s business aspiration and global KAM framework
  • Lead the team to deliver results through business dynamics scanning and close collaboration with business units and functions, incl. seizing listing opportunity cross all brands, addressing safe operations issues, creating various levels of project platforms and sustaining long-term partnership in/with defined KA hospital segmentation
  • Be pivotal role in compan China and CE department key initiatives in particular in the fields of access eco-system exploration and partnership, innovative patient service solution insides/outsides hospital
  • Set and iterate management system and working mechanism required in business context and transformation stage; Lead and develop SAM and KAM teams to perform, upskill, enhance operating efficiency and create values

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years experience in MNC pharmaceutical industry; Track record in Sales management / marketing / key account / market access relevant areas.
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, insightful at healthcare system.
  • Strong leadership and influencing capability, sound decision making; Change management experience is an extra plus.Fluent English, both written and verbal.
