- Work closely with regional & global counterpart in communicating and understanding of IVI product design assumptions (Quality, cost, Timing)
- Leading IVI SW engineering deliverables by managing Mutiple business partners to develop, Validate, sign off SW components and final integration on time with quality. Leveraging Ford SW quality expert to ensure SW development is ASPICE compliant
- Work with tech planning team to maintain China IVI migration plan
- Management IVI ICE line-update/complexity
- Responsible for vehicle program assumptions management, including cost target setting, cost tracking, CPA status, CMF status, ED&T status tracking and ED&T governance board approval
- Responsible for IVI application matrix covering vehicle programs details (Volumes / Take Rates / Regions / Plants/ VPP )
- Develop lessons Learned / Prevent Reoccurrence, support D&R to accomplish program quality deliverables ( FMEA, eFDVS, DPA etc)
- Be flexible with working hours to support communication with Lead Engineering team located internationally;
