This role will report to corporate finance and manage direct interfaces with HR, payroll and legal.
Administer all aspects of the company’s equity plans and ensure that all transactions are complete and accurate - including new grants, exercises, releases, cancellations, ESPP plan, 10b5-1 trading plan etc.
Maintain the integrity of the equity database (E-Trade) and manage the day-to-day relationship with E-Trade.
Interact with the transfer agent for share delivery.
Provides support files to the payroll teams related to the payroll taxes associated with equity grants.
Internal focal point for employees worldwide; Responding to employee inquiries regarding equity programs while providing excellent service to plan participants at all levels.
Perform quarter end closing procedures and assist with public reporting according to ASC718 Stock-based compensation.
Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as requested
Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree- preferably in Economic / Accounting / Business administration.
5+ years of experience as Stock Admin or related aspects.
Experience with global equity administration tools, preferably E-Trade – an advantage.
Excellent English, ability to work in a global environment.
Service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in Excel.
