Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a service-oriented, hardworking IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Israel. You will handle Tier-1 helpdesk tickets, providing first-level support to employees via in-person, phone, and remote assistance.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve hardware, software, and OS issues on macOS and Windows.
  • Manage ticketing and inventory systems.
  • Support laptops, desktops, network printers, video conferencing equipment, and basic office network issues.
  • Facilitate IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain IT inventory.
  • Provide technical assistance for video conferencing and company events.
What we expect
  • 1+ year of IT Support/Help Desk experience from a Tech organization.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Experience with macOS, Windows, and hardware components.

  • Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge.

  • High customer service orientation.

Desired
  • Experience with MS Azure AD, Intune, O365, Google Workspace, Okta IDP, Jamf, and conference systems (Zoom, Polycom, Crestron).
