Key job responsibilities- Develop, curate, and manage sales internal collateral, playbooks, and training resources that increase sales effectiveness in key areas.- Maintain a robust training pipeline by understanding patterns in knowledge gaps and providing thought leadership for proposed training plans and curriculum.
- Develop assessments that measure learner outcomes and analyze enablement effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., ramp time, content engagement, quota attainment).
- Project manage delivery of enablement to address above field needs by partnering with content strategy, content design, and content development.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in Enablement or sales position
- 2+ years in program management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
