- 20 years of business experience including 10 years of accounting experience in a similar role in the enterprise software space, supply chain management, or other capital-intensive business.

- Experience with developing requirements, reviewing end-to-end processes, and contributing to and validating system design on implementations of enterprise financial reporting systems.
- Excellent end-to-end process orientation with problem solving, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to address issues, own the outcome, and continuously strive for excellent processes and deliverables.
- Excellent business partnering, influencing, and presentation skills. Good business judgment, ability to communicate and partner effectively with executive business leaders, and confidence to advocate for the right thing to do for the business and Google.
