Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years Accounting/Finance experience
- Experience in transforming the controllership function and/or activities such as record to report, order to cash, source to pay.
- Experience implementing systems and tools, focusing on automation and compliance
- Experience identifying and managing process improvement initiatives
- Business partnering experience, collaborative and inclusive when working with others
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
- Support change management, stakeholder communication and user training during system/tools implementation phases
- Able to connect finance needs with systems/tools automation and improvements
- Technical skills and ability to understand system infrastructure, tooling, UAT, and automation needs
- Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed
- Experience translating financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations
- Proven skills in proactively driving and delivering value and impactful project results through both individual and virtual-team efforts
