Your role

• Monitoring key sustainability indicators (e.g. product refurbishment, recycling, packaging, design)
• Providing strategic impact analyses, forecasts and strategic support for businesses and regions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable innovation and integrate sustainable practices into daily operations by identifying opportunities for reducing energy and material use
• Supporting the performance cadence (monthly business reviews, annual target setting, yearly audit)
• Optimizing and automating processes to implement policies, collect relevant data and evidence
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of relevant external trends and developments, and supporting Philips’ active role in external business coalitions and customer research partnerships
• Playing an active role in building our global internal Community of Practice, as a moderator

You're the right fit if you have:

• Master’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or other relevant field;
• 2-3 years of experience in areas such as Sustainability, Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility or equivalent;
• Strong analytics, modelling, and forecasting skills;
• Proven experience in a complex business environment;
• Experience, affinity with continuous improvement and process efficiency
• Excellent project management skills;
• Strong communication and story-telling skills;
• Natural connector and collaborator;
• Strong teamplayer;
• Strong English verbal and written skills;
• Experience with Excel, SAP, PTC Windchil, Qlik, PowerBI is a pre
