Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 8 years of experience in circularity or waste related roles, zero waste program management and implementation, reverse logistics, sustainability consulting, or related roles.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in circular economy/waste management for hardware or data center environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainable Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience implementing initiatives to improve sustainable manufacturing and/or operations.
- Ability to grow in collaborative settings, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment while driving collective success.
- Ability to convey complex concepts and progress updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent relationship development, communication, and collaboration skills.
