Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing team members in multiple office locations.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and senior leaders across the business to define requirements and prioritize requests
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any analytical, quantitative, or technical field (engineering, math, computer science, finance, or similar) or have equivalent experience
  • Successful track record of growing employees
  • Proven ability to drive change through the positive influence of co-workers, leadership, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn and provide in-depth evaluations of complex engineering issues to various audiences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work well under limited supervision, use good judgment, and know when to seek guidance
  • Experience motivating and empowering others to do their best work
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional role
  • Excel in organizing, planning, and delivering against key milestones
  • Guide brainstorming and innovation within the team to improve our internal processes
  • Be highly collaborative; our role requires working with other managers and teams daily
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $164,200 and $247,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
