IAM Operations Support Senior Analyst (C12)
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a global organization within CISO with 900+ employees located across the globe. IAM manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications.
IAM Operations Support Sr. Analyst Role will include
- Evolve and maintain client and business Information Security Administration support relationships for multiple lines of business
- Serve as IAM project manager for non-IAM owned projects requiring IAM support
- Partner with IAM Governance and coordinating within IAM Ops to implement policy changes
- Lead IAM’s implementation of tech mandatory changes in IAM supported platforms.
- Understand risk and control levels for multi-functional areas for IAM supported systems/applications/tools and propose revisions where necessary.
- Readily adopt automation strategies wherever practical and cost efficient. Partner with peers within other service delivery centers and across Identity & Access Management to maximize operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Proactively engage in any new system development or major enhancements that affect IAM services so IAM Ops can provide the appropriate support and advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and prioritizing the requirements for client facing IAM supported tools.
- Provides general IS consulting services including interpretation and/or clarification of IS policy, procedures, standards and or concepts
- Ensure strong program and project level governance, including monitoring and control efforts for the projects supported by GOS, in compliance with Project Management Policy and Procedures.
- Participates in the evaluation and selection of applications and systems with specific focus on IS implications.
- Participates in the planning and implementation of IS administration for IT and business driven projects.
- Driving IAM project deliverables and managing the relationship between business/technical partner project teams and IAM Service Delivery
- Support the IAM organization in meeting any ad hoc requirements from IAM Ops and IS related programs
- Provide project or program updates to IAM leadership and our business partners through multiple channels including verbal and written media
Must Have Skills:
- Knowledge of IAM concepts.
- Should have a good idea of issues that comes up in Identity management implementations and the solution approaches to address them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 9+ years of total experience in Information Security , Cyber Security or Infrastructure Technology domain with 4 - 6 year’s of relevant work experience in Technical Project Management, Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security or Identity Access Management
- Must be committed to the delivery of quality customer service.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge IAM supported systems or applications
- General knowledge of Identity Administration practices on various platforms, applications and systems across Citi.
- Experience with problem and incident management processes for security and identity administration incidents.
- Extensive knowledge of global regulatory guidelines, industry standard security practices, Citi's corporate information security policies and compliance controls
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Extensive understanding of Citi Information Security policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required in order to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint and Excel required) and IAM tools.
