Assessment of the current Outdoor Specialty business in South East Europe region.
Map and identify the most relevant partners to connect with for the Outdoors category in each country within South East Europe.
Define which business model is the most appropriate to work with and identify the best way to approach the market.
Elaborate commercial strategy and activate the most relevant levers to reach the targets.
Manage sell-in and sell-out and set action plan if necessary.
Get on board, support and manage the external partners to develop the business.
Build a strong network internally and execute your strategy in alignment with the rest of the local teams. Maintain great coordination with the rest of the accounts.
Work in close collaboration with the Outdoor South Europe Team (Go To Market, Brand Manager, SKAM).
Role requires 40% of travelling.
Skills you'll need
Outdoor market expertise mandatory.
Proven successful experience at an outdoor brand /distributor / retailer.
Experience working with a variety of distribution structures: distributors / agents / wholesale.
Organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks and navigate a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated and target driven mindset.
Autonomy & ownership: self-started with entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong ability to influence, negotiate, convince stakeholders and impact the business.
Ability to build professional, productive business relationships with internal and external partners.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
