Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience building consumer facing products.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience in consumer product management, with experience in developing and launching successful products.
Experience successfully working across functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, UX, Analytics/Data Science, policy, legal) and teams (i.e., Search, Discovery).
Experience diving deep into metrics and experiment analysis (A/B testing) and building on past insights to form cohesive takeaways.
Experience distilling complexity into simple narratives, including executive presentations.
Familiarity with content abuse, policy, or quality domain.
Ability to define and quantify business tradeoffs, in support of the team’s larger strategies.
