Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience building consumer facing products.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in consumer product management, with experience in developing and launching successful products.
- Experience successfully working across functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, UX, Analytics/Data Science, policy, legal) and teams (i.e., Search, Discovery).
- Experience diving deep into metrics and experiment analysis (A/B testing) and building on past insights to form cohesive takeaways.
- Experience distilling complexity into simple narratives, including executive presentations.
- Familiarity with content abuse, policy, or quality domain.
- Ability to define and quantify business tradeoffs, in support of the team’s larger strategies.
