Your role:
Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirement.
Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Service delivery team in Northwest region and reporting to Area Service Delivery Manager
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.
You're the right fit if
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Electronics Technology degree or any other relevant engineering major.
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment. Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills inSpanishand good level of English
Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills daily - required.
Driving license and willingness to travel across in Northwest region.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
