Job Description- Assists senior Client Portfolio Management team and investment team members to serve clients by providing portfolio administration, portfolio reporting support, collateral material support, holding both internal and external client conversations, presenting investment strategy, process, profile and performance results to select clients and prospects.
- Produces reports for senior client portfolio managers to use with highly sophisticated external parties and internal business partners, for existing clients, consultants and/or prospects; works with business partners to coordinate information delivery with clients and prospects.
- Supports client portfolio managers in their work with Consultant Relations, client advisers and other business partners on coordinating information delivery with clients, consultants and prospects; provides in depth analysis and critical review on projects and for portfolio review; steps in and handles client meetings as an additional resource within the group.
- Provides research and data analysis for use in strategy and thought leadership pieces such as papers, releases and other media.
- Independently works with portfolio management team to develop, enhance and present investment strategies and results to external parties and internal business partners, for select existing clients, consultants and/or prospects; speaks with clients inside and outside of the office to provide solutions based on an understanding of the market, thorough review of the client account and analysis of the market, interest rates and other contributing factors.
- Serves as client service representative for Portfolio Management team for select clients providing analysis and insights into the municipal market, portfolio strategies and client portfolios.
