As an Administrative Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for overall management and administration for all systems, knowledge or technical application projects for a program ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments and goals. You will also be responsible for formulating a cohesive, modular, phased strategy for applications to fulfil business drivers; securing the resources required to achieve program objectives; coordinating project activities for delivering the strategy; and acting as the central point of contact for key stakeholders. You will make certain projects are chartered to fulfil key business needs and are implemented in alignment with critical knowledge principles. You will oversee all aspects of defined programs within our customer base (sector, service line or functional group). You will develop and manage strategic relationships, influencing, persuading and negotiating with internal and external stakeholder groups to promote and implement the program vision across the business
Your key responsibilities
- Develops relationships with key internal customers to identify and proactively address emerging needs
- Creates the structure and conditions to allow information to flow within a team
- Influences customers and/or organizational leadership to accomplish operational objectives
- Manages a group of people within a defined discipline, geography or national department
- Will also meet or exceed the needs of our internal clients by partnering with other groups within the matrix organization, cultivating those relationships, aligning people and processes, and identifying workplace efficiencies to add value.
- Sets up full project plans rapidly for project teams including objectives, milestones, priorities, teams, calendar and nature of deliverables
- Leads the assembly of the right team to achieve business goals by creating the right mix of skills and the right environment
- Alerts teams and colleagues to social, economic and technology trends likely to affect EY and/or our clients’ business
- Anticipates what customers will want and follows up on a regular basis
- Participates in teams drawn from other areas of EY

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 8-10 plus years of experience
- In-office presence as needed to meet business needs
- Domestic and international travel supporting on-going activities, as needed
- Flexibility to work outside of core hours
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with enterprise-wide program development and implementation
- Experience developing service level agreements and KPIs, CPIs
- Knowledge with Power BI

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,400 to $187,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,400 to $213,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
