As a Manufacturing EngineerII here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturingoperations and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, driving processimprovements, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This roleinvolves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficientand cost-effective production of our products. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you'llwork out of our Ciudad Juarez location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizingprocesses, reducing costs, and improving product quality. Your expertise willcontribute to the success of our organization and help us maintain our positionas a leader in the industry.
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth productionprocesses
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide technical expertise andguidance to the production team

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (Electronics experiencepreferred) and lean principles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Availability to work on 2nd shift: 3:30 pm to 11:50 pm • Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends inmanufacturing
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
