As an Advanced Engr Support Specialist, you will engage with internal Honeywell customers to generate demand for GES from assigned region/ pole /for initiative and also organize / manage resources so that projects are delivered on time, and to a defined scope and quality level that meets cost constraints. You will manage various resources such as design /application/graphics engineers, subcontractors etc. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, engineering deviation and customer satisfaction goals and objectives for various assigned IBMS projects. Principle Duties: Ø 10 + years of experience in the following industries: Fire, Security, ELV, Telecom... Ø Subject Matter Expert, having Design, engineering & commissioning experience for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion system, intercom system.
Ø Experience working with front end integrated system, SCADA & multiple system interfaces.
Ø Working experience in ICT (Active & Passive components)
Ø Experience setting up the VM & cyber security components like Firewall, Access control List etc. is advantage.
Ø Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is advantage.
Ø Communicating with different stakeholders in the project for project status, including progress, risk and any issues that may have an impact on project delivery.
Ø Ensure Technical specs compliances & Quality deliverables for projects.
Ø Ability/Knowledge to work on multiple Product lines from different vendors/OEMs in the Fire& Security domain.
Ø Identify improvement opportunities in processes and standards and drives them to be a part of the project execution.
Ø Contributes/delivers up to 1850Hrs per annum of billable hours to projects.
Ø Ensure Quality and HSE playbook compliance management.
Ø Participates in pre-sales estimate reviews to ensure necessary engineering labor is specified to meet contract requirements and sequence of operation.
Ø Ensure effective use of various engineering & workflow tools, methodologies to achieve required productivity & quality goals.YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
