Primary Responsibilities:

Deployment of ATE’s at Contract Manufacturer site:

Pre-Deployment Check of ATE’s

Pre-Requisite check at CM site

Installation and commissioning

Initial validation & acceptance runs with installed ATE.

Train CM technicians on ATE Operations/maintenance.

Day to day activities:

Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) review for ATE Stations

Maintain daily MOS for ATE repair/ maintenance.

Skill Set:

Experienced in ATEs ( Automated Test Equipment ), Interface Test Adapter/Cable harness build/debugging and integration experience.; includes mechanical and electrical.

Experienced in functional testing of an electronic product.

Ability to understand schematics, assembly drawings and PBA layouts

Good knowledge of Instruments and their usage ( Measuring & Sourcing instruments

Good understanding of Electronic Components, connectors, switching methods.

Should be able to resolve the problem on his own, with very limited support.

Build, Integrate and validate the Test Solution

Proactively support in maintaining the ATE test benches availability and 5S

8+ years of industry experience in Avionics Domain with hand-on experience in Test Solution development.

Education in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Hands-on experience on software & hardware requirements, development, design and implementation, software, and system testing
