Job Description:

As a, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop integrated campaigns and campaigns for New Product Launches.

• Generate global toolkits for demand generation.

• Create various marketing assets such as videos, brochures, tech data sheets, posters, product demo kits, etc.

• Ensure asset management and ADA compliance processes are followed.

• Provide marketing support and ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

• Oversee product naming, content creation, and claims development.

• Develop product content for each vertical and maintain/optimize existing product content and sales tools.

• Support account-based marketing initiatives.

• Manage Product Data Pages (PDP) and Product Content Pages (PCP).

• Manage marketing budgets effectively.

• Develop and deliver compelling product presentations.

• Oversee content strategy, including Customer Journey Mapping (CJM).

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university

• Five (5) years of in global product marketing, preferably B2B, in a private, public, government or military environment

• Deep interest in Technical Ceramics, Stable Isotopes and the Energy market

Work location:

• Hybrid preferred, remote possible
