• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the logistics network across China.
• Lead and manage cost-saving initiatives to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with site leaders to ensure seamless integration and connectivity between different locations.
• Utilize Lean principles to identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
