Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 4 years of experience must include: Executing capital market and M&A transactions for the Biopharma industry; Analysis of filings including financial statements; Finance and accounting; Evaluation and analysis of companies’ financial situations; Valuation of companies; Capital market products; Negotiation of terms; Serving in a client-facing role; Analysis of healthcare industry and U.S. healthcare system.
