Project / transition knowledge:
Experience in transitioning complex projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost.
Participated in or led an ERP or other IT tool implementation & understands the different steps in the lifecycle of such a project
Leadership skills
Strong communication skills with the courage & integrity to speak candidly & succinctlyExcellent analytical skills: ability to quickly assess problems/risks and connect dots
