As a Sourcing Manager you will report to the Head of Technology Sourcing and will be responsible to support designing and execution of global and regional strategies for third party supplier spend across a number of categories. You will work closely with Global Category Directors and their teams based across a number of locations globally.

Your role will be to develop relationships within the Lines of Business and coordinate with Sourcing Leads globally, where required. Your analytical skills and prior project management experience will help you to perform program management activities in support of supplier on-boarding.

Job description:

• Works with clients and other stakeholders to define requirements for a sourcing transaction and supports the negotiations to establish commercial terms and lead the contract develop process through contract approval and execution
• Maintains compliance with all policy and procedural guidelines and partners with global and regional teams and clients on local, regional and sometimes global sourcing projects
• Partners closely with internal JPMC legal, risk and finance teams towards the successful completion of intricate negotiations and initiatives and ensure all the selected suppliers are compliant with SLA's (Service Level Agreements) through collaboration with our internal partners and client teams
• Supports the category and supplier spend management activities with respective spend areas and suppliers and works cooperatively with other sourcing leads as a team member to meet common objectives
• Carries out administrative responsibilities effectively in managing projects and contracting activities and builds effective and trusted relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Identifies new service opportunities that address or anticipate client needs and engages proactively with internal clients in a consultative manner to develop value added opportunities and holistic sourcing strategies for your respective categories
