What you should bring
12+ years of experience, in which at least 2+ years of people management experience
Excellent people management skills
Experience in product development (good to have: Procurement domain)
Strong hands-on experience in Cloud native solutions / architecture
Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate or Ul technologies Javascript, Angular
Understanding of microservices, event driven & CQRS architecture, RESTful APls
Experience in DevOps methodologies
Extensive exposure to domains such as Procurement, Materials Management (MM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics Execution (LE), Procurement
Adept in handling agile development methodologies and lean principle/techniques
Understanding of software development and maintenance processes
Constructive and open style of communication, Excellent verbal and written communication
