What you’ll do

Schedule: 40 HR/week

Contract Duration: 2 Years

Activities and Responsibilities

will sit next to HR Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:

  • Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder

  • Support to daily Local HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, etc.

  • Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives

  • Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.

  • Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process

  • Be responsible of to organize activities for organizational environment

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Educational requirements: Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date)

  • Ideal Majors:Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent

  • Language Requirements: English (B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent)
