Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs portions of work assignments requiring general SaaS and enterprise-wide applications knowledge and developing business expertise
- Supports and may lead enterprise-wide applications projects of limited scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
- Analyzes and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision
- Receives regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives
Expected Qualifications:
- 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
- Support the employee experience of our HR tools bu helping with ServiceNow knowledge base, WalkMe, In System Help Text, Guide Me Tools, notification updates.
- Execute role assisngments across various HR Systems.
- Assisst with variouss administraion, maintenenace and release testing related to ongoing support of HR systems, specifically Workday and ServcieNow.
- Support controls related to HR, Legal and Employee Experience Tools.
