As a

As Product Solution Manager, you will:

• Be the main focal point for Sales, sales engineers and project managers to provide the best value to high-end security organizations.
• Develop, oversee, and adapt a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing customer demands with business objectives.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between Architects, UX/UI, developers, QA teams to deliver top-tier product road map and releases.
• Actively engage in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and RFIs / RFPs.
• Manage product or service issues, prioritizing them effectively and overseeing their resolution.
• Build strong relationships with government clients, gathering essential requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate across organizational functions to refine and enhance customer engagement and project processes.

Your toolbox

• At least 3 years of proven experience in solution management , product management, or pre-sale engineering within a software context.
• Strong familiarity with Telecom / Telephony / Cellular / Analytics Domain or IP network technologies, with deep expertise - a big advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical areas.
• Proven track record of identifying customer requirements, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Intelligence, Security, or Cyber domains is highly valued.
• Ability to grasp both overarching strategies and meticulous details.
• Tech-savvy professional with a thirst for learning new technologies.
• Exceptional communication for Outbound & Inbound presentation skills
• Self-driven, independent, and a collaborative team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent English Skills.

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed (approximately 10-20% of work time/year).
