Description
As Live Technical Producer, you will be responsible for:
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience producing radio and audio content with an understanding of both pre- recorded and live radio production
- Experience working on high level, live or pre-recorded shows in a broadcast studio environment
- Experience as a hands-on technical producer on both live radio and pre-recorded broadcasts
- Experience working closely with high-level talent and artists in a complex and dynamic, live broadcast studio environment
- Strong technical proficiency in audio editing
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage all aspects of live/pre-recorded studio setup and operations including, but not limited to, board, microphones, headphones, play-out system, CDJs, Logic Pro, effects processor, FaceTime recording
- Experience troubleshooting live, on-air while maintaining a calm studio environment
- Technically confident in a studio, with full mastery of the end-to-end technical process
- Must possess a readiness to learn about emerging technologies or new equipment
- Remains calm under pressure particularly in a studio environment
- Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to motivate, lead, and inspire the team and talent they work with
- Excellent planning and time management skills to ensure productions run on time
- Flexible and understanding with talent, guests, contributors and change overall
