Planning• Long-lead production planning. Ensuring key business priorities & Artist campaigns are being supported across assigned shows.• Manage administrative functions for a team: planners, calendars, studio bookings, recording sessions, internal trackers.• Implement new show features and formats to shows• Confident at communicating with Talent and show team, as well as internal cross-functional teams.Pre-Production• Schedule music for the show and share with Technical producer• Research program music (write notes on selected songs) and guestappearances (co-ordinate)• Write background notes and interview questions for guests (including editorialasks)• Write scripts for shows and editorial• Populate the show episode tracker• Work with the Artist Relations team to book guests for shows.• Work with cross-functional teams across design, imaging and PR.Live Broadcast/Show Taping• Be present in person or via video call for broadcasts and tapings of shows/talk breaks/interviews• Direct broadcast/taping• Ensure adherence to Apple Music and broadcast standards and requirements• Coach and manage talent• Music logsPost Production• Update the show episode tracker• Work with technical producers to make sure creative vision is delivered in postproduction • Quality check audio and video assets before sharing with Artist teams and Talent• Gather broadcast details & social handle info to send to artists that feature on theepisode• Supply assets to PR & marketing/social team
