Your ImpactWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and committed product leader to define, drive, and implement Cisco’s enterprise-wide. This role ensures that our identity solutions are
secure, seamless, and scalableacross a diverse user base—including employees, contractors, partners, and customers. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to modernize our IAM capabilities and deliver a future-ready identity platform.
- Define the enterprise identity strategy : Establish a long-term vision for IAM aligned with Cisco’s business goals, compliance needs, and security priorities.
- Lead cross-functional execution : Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, HR, legal, and business teams to deliver a secure and intuitive identity experience.
- Modernize IAM infrastructure : Drive the evolution toward cloud-native and federated identity solutions, including MFA, SSO, lifecycle management, and Just-In-Time provisioning.
- Enhance the user experience : Promote streamlined workflows for users while maintaining robust security and access controls.
- Establish metrics and governance : Define Key Performance Indicators and governance models to measure identity system adoption and efficiency.
- Act as an identity inspiring leader : Stay ahead of IAM trends, lead internal evangelism efforts, and represent Cisco in industry forums.
Minimum Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in technical product management roles, to include end-to-end product management experience: strategy, roadmap, design, development, go-to-market, and lifecycle management with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-grade software products in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM) including SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, provisioning, and identity governance.
- Experience with identity products such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping, AWS IAM, OneLogin, Google Cloud Identity, or OCI Identity and Access Management
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
