As the Software Engineering Manager for our Marketing Orchestration Team, you'll lead a transformative initiative that's reshaping how businesses leverage artificial intelligence in their marketing strategies. Our platform uniquely coordinates multiple AI agents to optimize marketing campaigns in real-time, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in automated decision-making and campaign execution.Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions for complex distributed systems that handle real-time marketing campaign orchestration- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality metrics while fostering a culture of technical excellenceTechnical Leadership:
- Guide the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture supporting multiple AI agent interactions
- Drive adoption of MLOps practices for continuous deployment of AI models and agent systems
- Oversee integration of various AI technologies including LLMs, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics
- Lead architectural decisions around real-time data processing, event streaming, and distributed systems

- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Bachelors Degree

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
