Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 3 years of related work experience.Must have 3 years of experience in making detailed assessments of the finance function, of which 2 years should be for the integration or separation of client operations.Must have 2 years of experience in financial process benchmarking, finance organization design, process redesign, shared services, process outsourcing or transition service agreements (TSA).Must have 2 years of mergers and acquisitions experience in a consulting environment.Must have 2 years of experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and synergies analysis and reporting.Must have 2 years of experience in two of the following: financial reporting, financial planning, general accounting, order-to-cash, record to report or purchase-to-pay.Must have 2 years of combined experience with CAPIQ, MergerMarket, Excel Macros, Excel VBAs and/or other integration, divestitures or carve out tools.Must have 1 year of experience in synthesizing approaches in complex integration or divestiture conflicts.Must have 1 year of experience with financial information systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Cognos and/or other common systems.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
