Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Experience improving business processes and systems, with the ability to succeed in ambiguity.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, spreadsheet software, and SQL, with excellent analytical skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP, with strong technical accounting skills.
- Ability to lead and drive complex initiatives cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment across a large, complex, global organization.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills, to communicate effectively with and influence senior management and cross-functional business partners.
