You will report to ourVP of Marketing and lead our Marketing Operations team.
In this role, you willimpact the success of our business by: - Leading the transformation ofMarketing Operations practices with the objectives of improving service andquality, reducing costs through continuous improvement.
- Driving marketing excellence, executing strategicprojects and program operations under the direction of the CMO and workingthrough and influencing members of the leadership team to drive results.
- Collaborate with the CMO and other senior leaders tosupport strategic planning and to facilitate the data, tools, and processesneeded to optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead and manage the marketing budget process, ensuringcollaboration with finance to guide visibility, tracking, and timely approvalsand optimal allocation of resources.
- Streamline marketing processes including lead process andattribution of revenue to digital campaigns to improve measurement, efficiencyand effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain marketing performance metrics anddashboards.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights andrecommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologiesto enhance marketing capabilities.
- Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teamsto move work forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify work streams within the organization, identify silosand provide recommendations to break down silos to drive improved performance
- Gain understanding of core issues through analyzing data,listening, and observing; compile findings and make informed recommendations onnext steps to CMO and leadershipteam
- Work within an integrated cross-functional team to execute plan
- Regularly meet with leadership on program insights, potentialissues, and recommend solutions to address
- Prepare regularreports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
- This role oversees themarketing MOS to drive clarity and closure of issues across the business and tofacilitate overall business growth.
- Analyze and report onthe performance for the marketing function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensurealignment and optimized execution
- Build insights and intelligence engine through internaland external sources in key markets
- Own the “how we will win” commercial playbook
- Synthesize market, customer and competitive actions todeliver insights, implications to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders on potential actions giveninsights and implications
- Develop internal communication repository and mechanismto ensure awareness, on-going education, and support for stakeholders/BAleaders
- Provide feedback loop to related commercial functionssuch as strategy, sales execution, and offering management

YOU MUST HAVE: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of total experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing
- 3+ years of experience in data-driven marketing roles such as digital marketing, reporting and analytics, competitive intelligence and/or market research
- Proven track record of developing, executing and optimizing successful integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience with multiple go-to-market channels including sales, familiarity with driving leads through the pipeline and success driving demand generation for a B2B company
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
WE VALUE: - Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in the building automation industry is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of marketing operations best practices
- Experience managing agencies and scopes of work with vendors
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Ability to forge solid relationships and manage across a broad and geographically dispersed business
- Demonstrated analytical, business planning and problem-solving skills
