Responsibilities:
  • Recommend improvements to the daily workflow for account opening and maintenance Operations unit

  • Recommend new work processes / technological improvements for Onboarding and client services process team in conjunction with stakeholders identifying and resolving individual problems

  • Carry-out routine account opening and onboarding process

  • Provide evaluative solutions for account opening and maintenance management issues based on analysis of information, precedent, and acquired technical experience

  • Key role in the onboarding of new clients reviewing and escalating any issue or missing documentation to the client execute representative, AML, KYC team, Legal, taxes, etc.

  • Manage and leading the overall process in order to comply with the account opening and maintenance requirements agreed with clients on time accordingly with their service level of agreement.

  • Support and escalate appropriate the internal reviews screening process, kyc status and any regulatory documentation required to be onboard new and existing clients.

  • To be expert in client services leading any issue with internal parties to solve the clients requirements.

  • Responsible for generating KPi´s reports on the quality of the information recorded in the database for the Board of Directors, and director manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Deliver on time any evidence required for internal or external audits reviews, MCA, Compliance and even per clients requests.

  • To be part of the decision making regarding the development of projects by the team together with the manager responsible.

  • Minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
  • Manage, escalate and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes
  • Provide informal guidance and/or on-the-job-training to new team members
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role
  • Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
  • Team working skills but accountable to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven Project management experience
  • Bilingual (English required)
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
