RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Sourcing & Procurement: Manage the full sourcing process for Sales, Marketing and Customer Support categories, from supplier selection to deal closure.
- Deal Management: Monitor progress of assigned deals ensuring actions and follow-ups by Legal, Security, Business Owners, Finance and/or vendors
- Negotiate & Execute Agreements: Partner with Finance Business Partners, Legal and Information Security to structure contracts, including pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and statements of work (SOWs).
- Supplier Management: Conduct business reviews, performance evaluations, and relationship management with key vendors.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate cost tracking, contract compliance, and seamless approval and payment processes.
- Strategic Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements in sourcing decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Become a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market teams and influence planning and collaborate to develop long-term Sourcing Strategies.
- Executive Level Reporting: Present and support contractual terms and pricing through thorough analysis, benchmarking and long-term ROI to an executive audience.
- Cross-Category Support: Assist with other procurement areas as needed.
- 5+ years of procurement experience, with expertise in Sales & Marketing sourcing.
- A bias for action.
- Proven track record in managing digital marketing, ad spend, and event planning contracts.
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices, negotiations, and supplier management.
- Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business objectives.
