Lead Sourcing & Procurement: Manage the full sourcing process for Sales, Marketing and Customer Support categories, from supplier selection to deal closure.
Deal Management: Monitor progress of assigned deals ensuring actions and follow-ups by Legal, Security, Business Owners, Finance and/or vendors
Negotiate & Execute Agreements: Partner with Finance Business Partners, Legal and Information Security to structure contracts, including pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and statements of work (SOWs).
Supplier Management: Conduct business reviews, performance evaluations, and relationship management with key vendors.
Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate cost tracking, contract compliance, and seamless approval and payment processes.
Strategic Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements in sourcing decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Become a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market teams and influence planning and collaborate to develop long-term Sourcing Strategies.
Executive Level Reporting: Present and support contractual terms and pricing through thorough analysis, benchmarking and long-term ROI to an executive audience.
Cross-Category Support: Assist with other procurement areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of procurement experience, with expertise in Sales & Marketing sourcing.
A bias for action.
Proven track record in managing digital marketing, ad spend, and event planning contracts.
Deep understanding of procurement best practices, negotiations, and supplier management.
Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business objectives.
